Plus, you have access to something I did not have when I started 13 years ago.....


There were no programs to help women who wanted to start a home care agency.
There was only an option to buy a franchise which for me was not something I could afford and I also wanted my company to be me: 

Heart centered and different from the others. 

Because I went it alone, on a tight budget and still working full-time it took me over 2 years to get my licensure.  Then there were the years following where I had to learn fast how to implement policies and procedures for the entire company in order for it to have appropriate boundaries and working parameters that made sense.

Time is money. No matter how you look at it. 

I spent hundreds of hours writing and creating documents that were needed for the State licensure requirement but also even if it wasn't required there were documents that had to be created for the company to operate efficiently.  

When experts say you need $5,000-$10,000 to start a business I do not totally agree with that and have my work arounds to not need that BUT the money I spent in creation and trial and error of all the documents for my Agency I can see how all of that is valued at the above figure. 

Home Care. We have people who are needing help to stay safely in their home. We have people who have heart and want to work in this field. 
We need more agencies. Heart centered, efficient and confident owners who are ready to truly make a difference. 

If this is you and you want bypass all the work of creating documents and be able instead to simply tweak them to your liking and add in your company name then you could be ready open your doors in as soon as 30 days.
Of course, this depends on your States requirements and you can take as much time as you need. 

Beyond the necessary documents to start your Home Care Agency I also have lessons teaching you the other important pieces of starting your home care agency, masterclasses in specific areas like marketing, scheduling, pay roll, etc.

In my research I found similar programs costing $3,500.00 - $12,000.00 to start your own company.

Buying into a franchise was upwards of $20,000.00......

Here's why my academy is priced different: 

I see the need for home care and how great that is.
I know there are people like you who have it in their heart to start an agency that helps people. I also know, starting out can be overwhelming and challenging.
That's why I want to give you all that I have so that you can get your agency up and running in the most efficient way possible. 

In the future, the tuition for the academy will increase but for now I really want to guide future agency owners into starting their successful home care agency on a budget and with a heart centered approach.
